never had a bad experience.
Saw another Doctor and then my regular Doctor came in to consult. I had several concerns other than my normal concerns not pertaining to my pulmonary issues. Was not feeling well and had recently had eye surgery. They were very kind and cooperative.
I always appreciate Dr. Pascual's attention to me and my needs. He is quick to respond to any emails I send with questions, update and concerns, usually within 1-3 hours/or he will have one of his staff call me. He always responds on the same day I send him emails.
Dr. Pascual always provides excellent care. He makes me feel like I am a very important patient, he is apologetic when running behind and makes me feel that I can call him at any time with any concern, no matter how trivial. He is a wonderful Doctor!
I am really please how I am being taken care of and I was so happy my last visit that Dr.Pascual said by my ultra sound the medicine I am on is working....I was so happy
The time spent with Dr. Pascual is your time, regardless of how long it is. You are not on a stop watch.
I use MyWakeHealth for my questions and concerns, as well as receiving notices and appointment information. I have always received a timely and helpful reply to any questions I might have, even if they are not in his specialty. He has called to check up on problems that have a worrisome nature. His concern is much appreciated.
