ATTENTION: The Physician Portal requires some pre-requisite software to be installed in order to be viewed properly.

You must install these three files:

• NEW!PACS Viewer Program (Part 1)
• NEW!PACS Viewer Program (Part 2)
• JAVA 1.4.2.13 Runtime Files

NOTE: You may need to uninstall all other versions of JAVA. The Medical Records (MR) Viewer is JAVA-version-specific. If you have problems accessing the MR Viewer, uninstall all versions of JAVA and reinstall version above.

Click on each, one at a time. When prompted, click on the "Run" button as shown below. Repeat this for each of three files.

• Email (WFBH Web-based Access)
• ASA Access (Test)
• Citrix Portal Access  

Note: All Web applications require a Secure Token for access. You will be charged $95 for lost tokens.
